In this new Consulting Service we offer industrial type of organizations to find new ways of operation in view of the environmental changes of the future we human beings created by ourselves through our actions in the past - the global climate change. In the same approach, now through different actions, we and the corporate organizations we create, are perfectly capable to change our own future again. This time however with a clear goal in mind, something that was missing in the past. To find ways to operate business and furnish lifestyle that is in better unison with our environment.

Global economy also requires global thinking, thinking in the way that we are part of the world and never a single unconnected island. Leading towards the recognition that whatever we do makes influence to more than ourselves through the global system we live in and - sooner or later  directly or indirectly - will return to us again. And it is our choice what exactly will return to us that way.

In cooperation with the Vienna based Institute for Systemic Coaching and Training -ISCT- we have expanded systemic constructivist methods and tools for solution oriented work in the environment of industrial firms. That mindset describes that we are part of the world and through our actions we choose what is coming into being. Solution orientation is here the main focus, so called "problems" are only seen as the starting point of the solutions. Who has created his own "problem" is also able to create his own "solution" to it. Therefore here at PILLWAX Industrial Solutions Consulting we work with the solutions organizations - as the experts of their environment - invent themselves.
