With the long history of experience from within the Austrian leader in metallurgical plant engineering, PILLWAX Industrial Solutions Consulting is taking the independant position for investment selection from the different engineering firms for metallurgical plant equipment, IT and automation systems.

Knowledge Management projects often start with introduction of new or improved Information Technology solutions where Databases and Data Representation in various Forms are involved. Objective of such projects is the effort to improve corporate performance by sharing information amongst employees.

In todays, partly complex, organisational environment much better solutions that fit are the self invented ones. Manifold business coherences, technological possibilities and the individual dynamic of the organisation and the humans within exceed every understanding of simple cause and effect relationships.

We have developed a new viewpoint with methods of seeing investment projects of industrial corporations as a change process in which the organization moves itself from the current situation it lives to see into a new environment. This approach enables organizations to have influence on the probability of simple stupid investments and instead to get into better shape for a future oriented survival.

In cooperation with the Vienna based Institute for Systemic Coaching and Training -ISCT- we have expanded systemic constructivist methods and tools for solution oriented work in the environment of industrial firms. That mindset describes that we are part of the world and through our actions we choose what is coming into being.

Traditional consulting is widely seen such that consultants present solutions to problems some organization is facing. In the mindset of PILLWAX Industrial Solutions Consulting, the word "problem" is describing a situation that some individual or organization has created by itself.
