Organisations invent peculiar solutions

In todays, partly complex, organisational environment much better solutions that fit are the self invented ones. Manifold business coherences, technological possibilities and the individual dynamic of the organisation and the humans within exceed every understanding of simple cause and effect relationships. Therefore the internal structure of a living system, such as a human, govern over its reactions. Structures that evolve out of the experience such human gains with its environment.

Within the organizational context through Autopoiesis new actions arise, some that might seem strange to a observer. But still make deep sense for the actor. Single, on the individual or a team limited actions can lead to unintended side effects that create corelating actions of others out of their own internal structure. A previously harmonized process starts to fall and a common problem is created instead of a solution. Manufacturing processes suffer in its quality because "those guys upstream did something different" such that "we here now need to fix it". Such is applicable to manufacturing processes alike as for the technical concepts of the equipment and technology used within.

Technological Process Equipment and its concepts may limit the further course of actions, be it near-term approbriate or mid-term required. So that technology by itself can act as enabler instead of avoidance, future-oriented open technological infrastructures are needed which allow alternatives in action in yet unknown constellations. For the humans within the organization to again allow to focus onto the organizational surrounding and its related actions. This instead of the orientation on the deficiencies of the own infrastructure. Flexible adaptation to short-term changes in the surroundings instead of the reoccurring surfacing of problems could be one of the results.
