In our consultancy we see humans as not being trivial machines. To our long practical experience from projects in technology and industrial manufacturing we add our abilities in developing humans, teams and organisations.

From this we build our consulting programmes, project- and development-processes that use models on behaviour and systems. Thereby we want to set a specific opposite to the world of engineering and technology, and by combintation of both to enable vertical change in companies.

We also use these elements in our technology oriented consultancy services, which focus on projects and capital investments.
