Coevolution is a typical result, especially when using systemic and constructivist methods in project processes. Part of our own coevolution, inspired from the observations of the results of our own work with our clients, we have changed too. This change is best expressed in our new leading sentence, that we adapted to fit our orientation.
Goal Oriented Evolution of Industrial Enterprises
This is our new leading sentence, describing our orientation. Our goal is to enable and progress goal oriented evolution of industrial organizations. In history and up till now any industry, especially industries of manufacturing goods, where starters of change in our environment. Today's climate change is a process started centuries back with the first industrialized manufacturing companies. Today, we need to change this process, we need to steer away towards a different goal. The old goal was to produce goods, in high numbers, with low cost and all of the now visible side effects of roaring raw material and energy consumption and irrevocable environmental change.
Today Industry requires different goals and different orientation. We at PILLWAX Industrial Solutions Consulting are convinced, that like before, today's industries are able to change course and steer towards a position where its products and technologies of its production will alter the current process to the definite goal of ressourcefulness and considerable reduction of its global environmental footprint.
Observing the results that our work has in the clients organizations, we discovered that we are able to direct goal oriented evolution in industrial organizations. We name Industrial Organizations any organization that relies on a sort of technology for production of a service or material object. These organizations have a strong view onto their technology, often narrowing sight down to "what is going wrong with the technology". In review of our past and current projects we discovered that also the system of the humans in such organizations needs attention first than the obvious technology. And that learning with the technology is far more valuable then finding and fixing a cause of possible misalignment.
Or as one of our clients staff member once did put this into the following words: "Oh, now I see what I didn't see before" - while working with one of the IT implementations we are maintaining since several years with that industrial client.
